This one has me very excited ... loved their two first albums (probably liked the second one more than the debut, but both are awesome).

This song can always bring a smile on my face as it's quite close to prog-metal perfection if you ask me:

The samples from upcoming album sounds really good.

It sounds like classic ICE AGE with a touch of Shadow Gallery :)

Got my Ice Age CD today and I am blown away at how good this is ........ it is so hard to believe that this is 20+ years later for these guys and this is what they come up with..... absolutely outstanding and first rate prog rock / metal ........ they just pick up right where they left off so if you liked what they did back in the day, this one is a no brainer ...... double thumbs up.

Seconded - this is a monster of a disc. Perfect prog metal as it was always meant to be!

I can already detect eye rolls coming at the following statement/admission...

I don't think I've ever heard Ice Age

At least not on purpose. I may have. I think I heard some song called Lhasa Road? I believe a friend burned me a sampler CDR and that was on there. Jeezus that seems so long ago.

So fast forward to last night when I not only heard one tune from the new one but also a couple of Great Divide. This is good SHIT!! I can't believe I've gone the last 20 or so years not knowing about them. I'm sure I'll discover other bands I missed the boat on, but I'm fine with that. I enjoy discovery more in my old age.
