Guild of Others/st 2022

Here's another great album for 2022 that nobody has heard except me I guess.

This is an American band that has some pretty diverse influences but all of them are melodic to a degree. It's hard to nail down a particular style or sound. They nabbed Derek Sherinian on keys, Tony Franklin on bass and have both Michael Sadler and Henrik Bath each contributing to a song with their stellar vocals. The rest were done by a local guy, who's excellent BTW.

Sound wise, to give some point of reference, they're like Subsignal meets Alice in Chains meets 70s Styx. Throw some Prong-like staccato riffage and you've got a general picture. Here's Henrik's tune.
