Reminds me of Overkill until the chorus kicks in and screams QR.

Darkened Majesty was not what I was expecting. I’m hoping this is the weakest track on the album, because it’s great!
Is a song titled "Everybody Dies" supposed to sound so happy?
Doom, gloom, the World goes boom! None will be spared, so don't assume. Not ragged clothed nor silver spooned. You're all the same when extinction looms!

I've loving this CD.....Sometimes it sounds like Overkill, sometimes it sounds like Nevermore etc....But Todd sounds crazy in it, and I mean that in a good way.... Even the bonus tracks are Fire!!! I wasn't sure I would like this, but spinning this a few times in the gym and I absolutely love it....
One thing, if you don't like the more aggressive sides of metal like I do such as overkill or nevermore, don't even bother, because you will hate it
Just an FYI...

Great album, much heavier than QR, showcasing Todd's amazing vocals.
