interested in how this turns out, its to be released May 24th. first single is a bit underwhelming...

I want to like this due to the musicians involved, but honestly the single and the sampler aren't doing much for me.

Kudos to them for the actual video, rather than a lyric clip. Gary up on the mountain in a white tux playing guitar is pretty nifty......

Bought the album this morning on iTunes and have now listened to it three times - musically it’s really good. Like a lighter / less pompous version of Shadow Gallery mixed with later day Pink Floyd (mainly the style of “Momentary Lapse of Reason” and “The Division Bell”) but gary’s Vocals are unfortunately the weak spot here and makes the album a bit of an overall disappointment. I can’t stop thinking about how much more I would like this with a Mike Baker (RIP) or a DC Cooper singing...
