Problems logging onto the board via Smartphone ?

Hi everyone --

Since the upgrade to the board, I understand some people ( myself included ) are having trouble logging onto the board with their smartphones......

I found a workaround to this problem ...... before you log in with your phone, under the login box is a box that reads " Remember Me " ........ check that box before you log in, and it solves the problem ..... I just tried it and I got in no problem and haven't been able to since the upgrade.......

Refresh your cache in Mobile Chrome before doing so ...... as I understand it, other mobile browsers don't have this problem, only Chrome......

And apparently the fix is this ........

If you are using an Android phone - and mobile Chrome - do this:


- Go to the 3-dot settings button at the top right of the screen
- Click on Settings
- Click on Lite Mode
- Set to OFF

That seems to have taken care of the problem - for me anyway ........apparently Mobile Chrome doesn't like the Lite Mode turned on with the new board upgrade ...... once you turn that off, it seems to work fine ...... I've logged in repeatedly on my phone with no problem at all .......

Does not seem to be a problem with iPhone users........

yes, I'm actually having this issue on a couple of different boards with my iPad. can't seem to figure out the issue.
