I'd not heard of them before last week, and they are very, very good. I'm not sure I'd categorize them as prog metal but more of a heavy prog that sits somewhere between Porcupine Tree's Deadwing and the first two Frost albums. They've mixed some crunchy guitars with old school key sounds very well here and have thrown in some modern flavorings.
