Preorder's up! No samples, but based on track record I'm already bought in.

Day 1. No question. They are my favorite 'new' band, by far.

Cool band. Will definitely check this out. Some of these guys are in HAGO. Which I’m still in love with btw.

First single:

More djenty than the previous disc, but still good stuff.

We heard some Haken influence here in the office.

The vocals sound like a different singer, but one of their comments said it's not a different singer. It was kind of repetitive, but still good. We'll see what comes next.

Same singer, but I think this is a tad less melodic, so his delivery is a little different. To me, the last disc was the perfect blend of light/heavy. This new tune is heavy, so we'll see...

Have had the album for several days and a handful of playthroughs now...it's really good. They've got a fairly wide range of styles going on, and they're all well delivered. Room 11 has a kind of Dreaming Neon Black vibe to it with the haunting sliding vocal delivery that really makes me smile.

Thinking about it a little more there's a lot on this album that feels like nods to greater and lesser known tech and prog bands of the last 20 years or so. I hear a myriad of sections that feel immediately familiar...but in someone else's context. The aforementioned Nevermore on Room 11, pieces of Severed remind of Sybreed, etc. It's triggering hits of nostalgia while also feeling new.
