Their last two albums are astounding. Delusion Rain hit my #6 slot in the AOTY 2015 competition and finished higher than any non-metal album. The World is a Game is about as good but it definitely earns a plus because it has Nick D'Virgilio on drums. Also, at the time, they had Benoit David who appeared as the lead singer on a Yes album.

I can't speak for anything earlier than that but someday I will get around to checking those out too.

Gaetan - what he said. Delusion Rain is astoundingly good. If you don't like that disc, I doubt you will like Mystery at all even though Benoit David sings on the previous few discs...... with, The World is a Game being the best of them as outprogged said.

With your journey into Neo-Prog, this band has to be on the list. I cannot imagine you not liking this band.

Also, Mystery are quite local to you so you may be able to see them in concert and that might convince you!

Funny that you mention this, I played 20 minutes of "Delusion Rain" on youtube and I just bought my ticket for the concert on September 15th in Quebec City! I also plan to buy the CDs / DVD.

You can't go wrong with those mentioned. Really their last 4 are quite good.

Btw Laser has the DVD in stock. Order placed!

I will watch the DVD only after the show coming this Friday.

So far, I can say I love "Delusion Rain". "The World is a Game" seems excellent too, I need more spins for this one. I now have all the studio albums. It's maybe too soon for me to talk about the whole discography but it seems that the more recent is the release, the better it is...

I havent heard anything but the debut from them. This thread prompted me to check more into them. Delusion rain sounds pretty damn good, way better than i remember the band. New vocalist? I will resrarch further...

Yes. I believe Mystery is on their 3rd vocalist now.
