Got mine this weekend and was hoping to listen today but Shit Happened so...hopefully I have time to digest it tomorrow. I'm really antsy to get it in my ears.

My interpretation would be "the things that used to hold value in life have changed." Most likely a statement on changing social/moral norms I would guess.

Second single, Evermore, doesn't hit me quite as hard as Genesis but is still very excellent.

That's quite good. Very much pure strain power metal with no extra ornamentation.

The new Soilwork is killer. Very eagerly awaiting that Darkwater and Lance King's new one. Also we get new Devin Townsend in March, which should be great.

That last single confirms that I have no use for the new Dream Theater at all. Oh well.

Finally got around to checking some of these...I had somehow missed that Voices From the Fuselage released an album this year, and it sounds promising. Xenoverse I think was on the house music at the fest this year? Anyway, that's really good sounding too.

Both of those tracks are great. Gonna have to find their stuff for sale somewhere.

New Shattered Skies coming out next month! The new singer still isn't the old one, but this guy is still quite good all the same. Shut-in is a great track so I'm pretty excited to see what the whole album's gonna have for us.
