Solo album of the main female singer of Caamora and Alchemy musicals by Clive Nolan

Agnieszka Swita - Sleepless I've watched recently the Caamora and the Alchemy DVDs. In an interview, the main female singer, Agnieszka Swita, said she was working on a solo album. I decided to check this out and this is really good. I get what is missing to me in Caamora and Alchemy. That is to say,...

Re: The Forgotten Heroes of Power Metal Thread

Sure - we have one for prog metal and one for neo-prog, so why not also add one for Power Metal? I was reading the forum last night, and Glenn's post about albums that had stood out to him this year let me down the rabbit-hole ... I noticed he mentioned a new band called Deadrisen, which in return ...

Re: Best Marillion concert dvd/blu-ray?

I revisited "Brave Live 2013" on Blu-ray: Hogarth voice is not perfect, but very good overall. Better that than not having the real thing (overdubbed), I love this concert! I bought "Out Of Season" on DVD: I get "Seasons End" album in its entirety. Sound and image quality are very good. I like it! I...

I decided to go all the way with this band like I did with Yngwie Malmsteen.

No bad album, that "Pandemonium" disc is truly excellent!

I love this band!

Thanks everyone!

Tad Morose - I was never a huge fan as I really never had any exposure to them. I bought a compilation disc as well as Modus Vivendi. Nice. I'll need to listen further to see if it makes its way into my great category but yeah, this is very tasty so far. "Sender Of Thoughts" is a classic prog metal...

Btw - stay clear of their last disc, Mr. Angel. I thought it was horrible.
They have another album after "Mr. Angel" named "The Angels Tear" released in 2004. It''s a return to their prog sound and it is better than "Mr. Angel" which was not really prog or very little.

I start with: Icon - Night Of The Crime (1985) https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/1/14/Icon-Night-Of-The-Crime.jpg Essential album in that genre for me. The first album S/T is more raw. This second album "Night Of The Crime" is more polished. First track "Naked Eyes": https://www.youtube.com/...

Just because something is repeated doesn’t make it bad I agree. I do like the song "Into The Everflow" by Psychotic Waltz and the song "Sorry" by Chrome Shift. I like also, for example, the repeating riff in "Disconnected Part 2" by Fates Warning. I think the purpose was to create a special mood at...

So, I listned to II and was exhausted after the first four songs. His five note range was wearing on me, and based on vocals I couldn't tell any song apart. I can understand this being a novelty act in the late 90s, early 2000s that enthralled the masses because of its uniqueness. That I get. I jus...

I think one of the point to leave liquor stores open, is if they close them, that would increase traffic in groceries (they sell beers, wine, etc.)
