SUPERIOR-Behind (1996) This a killer album that I still play today. Their best IMO. Prog, but not too much, crunchy, excellent vox. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jlz7TepebDc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5cir8E7dfI I wasn't too kind at the time on follow-up Younique (1998), but I'd need to pla...

3 killer albums I still play. 1st Lions Share was also pretty good IMO. Andy Engberg ruled back then and still rules today with the last Sorcerer who was killer and my #1 of 2017.

So strange how bands of this era just stopped dead in their tracks after releasing one or two discs..... Im' sure we could come up with a whole list of bands who did this back then ......... You're right. I guess it would be in order to play some Sanvoisen in the Room Of Death this year!!

Anyone remembers this fine German melodic prog metal band from the 90s? I ripped their 2 CDs this weekend and played them this morning for the 1st time in maybe 10 years. Enjoyed them as much as back in the days. Both albums have an excellent production (especially Soul Seasons), great musicianship,...

Forgot to mention that Anders Engberg (Sorcerer, ex-Lions Share, ex-Section A, ex-220 Volt) is up there in my list of fave singers as well. He can turn a good disc into a killer one just with magic vocals. Last Sorcerer is such a killer album and he's the main reason.

MICHAEL ROMEO - War Of The Worlds Pt. 1

New lyric video is out.

John "JD" DeServio (bass) (Black Label Society)
John Macaluso (drums)
Rick Castellano (vocals) (anyone knows where this guy comes from?)

I like the song quite a bit, sounds more melodic than recent Sym X.
