Amazingly his voice is still in shape. It is butter. So would not miss this.
It is crazy how he still got that range at that age, most similar vocalists lose the highs as they age.

This may be th best solo album of a vocalist of a big name band(s). Solo albums of a big name band members always a meh for me. Exception Michael Romeo's album last year. But for a vocalist solo album I just don't remember going wow before. I just was not expecting this. This is definitely a top 10 ...

Even though I think Dio is THE VOICE of Metal, I could not get into Strange Highways.
I also think Dream Evil is his best album.
In terms of his most underrated album my vote would go to Lock up the Wolves, title track being one of the best songs he ever recorded.
