Re: Happy Anniversary to us !!!! Well, sort of ......

In high school & college in the 80's, all my friends were metalheads so I learned about new music from friends or Headbanger's Ball. In 1990 I graduated, got married to a non-metalhead and moved to a new city where the only person I knew was my wife. I was pretty lost music wise in the early 90...

A huge kudos has to go out to Glenn for so many DVDs/live recordings by some major worldwide acts being recored at his event... This one is huge Yes, agreed. It goes to show how important this event is that so many bands are releasing DVDs of their performance there. I wonder if that is something G...

I'm thrilled that they are selling the t-shirts as well since so many people didn't get them since they sold out s...

It was a great year. I think seeing Fates do ATG was my second favorite band ever at PPUSA, just behind Shadow Gallery.

My favorites:
Fates Warning
Green Carnation
Vanishing Point
Spock's Beard
Blind Guardian

I watched this over the weekend and enjoyed it. I will agree with you that the dialog was hard to understand. However, I always have a hard time understanding dialog on TV and in noisy environments. So I always turn on the closed captioning which really helps me follow dialog I can't understand. I'v...
